Browse the products in the app, select the one you like and proceed to payment. All payments are securely handled through Stripe. You'll receive the product directly at your home.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed by Stripe: your payment details are never shared with sellers.

Shipping times depend on the individual artisan: many products are handmade and some are made to order. Deliveries within Switzerland typically arrive within a few working days; you can find details on each product page or by contacting the seller directly in the app.
